    1 part dry vermouth, 6 parts gin.

    3 parts vodka, 3 parts Passoã, 1 part passion fruit juice, 1 part lime juice.

    3 parts bourbon, 1 dash egg white, 2 parts lemon juice, 1 part gomme syrup.
  4. Old Fashioned
    3 parts rye, 1 sugar cube, 2 dashes angostura bitters, few dashes plain water.
  5. Gin & Tonic
    3 parts gin, 3 parts tonic water.
  6. Tom Collins
    3 parts old tom gin, 2 parts lemon juice, 1 part gomme syrup, 4 parts seltzer.

    The classic Stout Ale. Dark in colour with a dense foam and a bready taste. 7% ABV.

    An amber pale ale known for its bitter, hoppy taste. 5% ABV.

    A strong pale ale with hints of grapefruit and hops. 7.7% ABV.
  8. Riversmeet Mead

    A dry cider made from the fruit of rolanberry and aged in a cask. 6.2% ABV.

Wines

  1. House White
    A blend of white wines local to the Holy See. 10.7% ABV.
  2. House Red
    A blend of red wines local to the Holy See. 11.3% ABV.
  3. Dancing Dandy Sauvignon Blanc
    The dryest white the Nut serves, this Sauvignon is crisp and has notes of grass. 12.0% ABV.
  4. Grape Dreams Chardonnay
    A classic chardonnay, fruity and refreshing. The perfect wine for those with a sweet tooth. 10.3% ABV.
  5. Bravutuet Estates Riesling
    A lovely middle ground between a Sauvignon and a Charddonay. Crisp and semi-sweet, pairs well with salty cheese. 11.4% ABV.
  6. Plonk Beach Zinfandel
    A strong, hearty red wine from Vylbrand. It has notes of rolanberry and pepper. 14% ABV.
  7. Tree Dream Merlot
    A lovely, velvety red wine from the depths of the Black Shroud. Notes of plum and cherry. 13.2% ABV.
  8. Limsaella White Zinfandel
    A lovely, dry rosé produced near the shores of Vlybrand. Airy and refreshing, a brilliant summer wine. 11% ABV.
  9. Lucid limsa Port
    Very sweet and very strong. This wine is often the favourite for sailors and traders. Fantastic with dessert. 21.2% ABV.
  10. Hingan Sake
    A dry spirit made from distilling rice. Mildly sweet, clean tasting, and balanced. A lovely eastern drink to dive into. 15% ABV.

Non-alcoholic

  1. Apple Juice
    Freshly squeezes pixie apples served in a pint glass.

    Roasted thavnairian coffee beans. Dark and soothing.
  3. Espresso
    Stronger and smoother than coffee. A brilliant little pick me up for caffeine addicts.
